Sheilahe Brown is everything that we look for in a Symbolic Muscle Athlete. Driven, determined, and rock-solid in body, mind, and spirit. Sheilahe began competing in 1984. She was a top-five heavyweight for years-symmetrical and proportionate-and a terrific poser. While maintaining a successful marketing career at Delta Airlines, Sheilahe began making a name for herself as a posing coach (Ronnie Coleman was her first client; Branch and Trish Warren, "my family," are among her current regulars). She was on top of the world. Then news came that would seemingly change everything…Sheilahe was diagnosed with Lupus Nephritus Stage 4.
